DONATIONS OF WINTER OUTERWEAR NEEDED

We urgently need warm jackets, coats and snowpants in all sizes.  Our inventory in large sizes, especially 14-18, is especially low.  Please consider donating gently used coats and snowpants.  Drop off at your school or at the ESCCA bin behind Dist. 65 administration building, 1500 McDaniel, Evanston.

ESCCA NEEDS YOUR HELP … as we kick off our annual funds appeal. As you can imagine, in these tough times the need has never been greater. This year, ESCCA will provide school clothes to over 500 children from District 65. We spend about $100 per child for purchasing new gym shoes, boots, underwear, socks and jeans. We appreciate donations in any amount. Remember us for Tribute and Memorial Gifts. Click here for details and donation form. The children of Evanston thank you!

about us

Evanston School Children's Clothing Association (ESCCA) provides school clothing for all Evanston/Skokie District 65 K-8th grade school children in need. Each year we provide a full wardrobe of clothing and shoes to 500-600 children. Our clothing assistance services are performed efficiently and discreetly and always keep the dignity of the families in mind.

ESCCA is an all-volunteer organization. We rely on many District 65 parents and other volunteers who donate their time to ESCCA.  We  also depend on our community for financial support, and receive monetary donations from District 65 PTAs and parents, community members, foundations and other organizations. District 65 also generously provides us with support in the form of in-kind donations of space and services.

We greatly appreciate donations of clean, gently used children's clothing and coats, appropriate for grades K-8.
